Refunds & Exchanges

At this time our policy allows 5 days post delivery date (i.e. delivery date +5) to submit requests for returns and refunds. To meet eligibility requirements for a partial or full refund, or to return and receive replacement item(s), you must:

• have original packaging;
• show no usage; and
• provide proof of damage
